I am a Software Engineer, Investor, and US Air Force veteran, committed to the core values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All I Do. I have managed multimillion dollar projects in the Air Force, and have worked with many large corporations as a civilian, including Princeton University, Tower Federal Credit Union, Ohio Ambulance and Medical Transportation Association, and the Department of Defense to build solutions suited to their particular business needs.

There are many different ways I can structure lending agreements to suit your individual motivations and needs.
30-year, fully amortized fixed interest loan. Payments go towards both principal and interest, resulting in the loan being fully paid off at the end of the 30 years.
Ideal for parking capital long-term in a passive income producing investment
5-10 year fixed interest loan. Payments are only towards the interest on the loan. At the end of the loan term, the full payment is paid back to the lender.
Ideal for those who are looking for the greatest total return, but lower monthly cash flow.
5-10 year fixed interest loan with 30 year amortization. Payments are applied to both the loan's principal and interest.
Ideal for those looking for higher monthly cash flow, but a lower total return.
Protecting investors and their capital is my #1 priority. To ensure my investors and lenders are able to sleep easy each night, I put in place a multi-tiered protection solution. All contracts and agreementsĀ are written up and reviewed by a licensed attorney. Additionally, all loans are personally guaranteed by me. Returns are not dependent on the performance of the property being acquired with the funds. Even if the property fails, you still get paid!
Promissory notes are drawn up by a licensed real estate attorneys to guarantee that lenders funds are fully repaid in the agreed upon amount.
All lenders are added as additional insured on the real estate property, ensuring the lender is covered in the case of a disaster.
The lender's investment is secured against the real estate asset in the form of a lien against the property, making sure the lender is made whole.
