About Me

I believe that a business partnership is more than just contractual agreements, numbers on a page, and impersonal communication — it is a relationship. To that end, I want any potential private lenders to know who I am, my reputation, and hopefully help to build trust in me and my ability to get your money invested and working for you.

I grew up in the suburbs on the West Side of Cleveland with a single mother who taught me the importance of hard work, following through with your commitments, and most importantly, how to treat others with dignity and respect. After graduating high school I went to school at The Ohio State University where I graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor’s degree in 2014. A couple years later, I joined the United States Air Force in 2016, where I served in Louisiana for 4 years. While enlisted, I completed my Master’s Degree from Boston University with a 3.8 GPA in Computer Science. I filled multiple roles in the military as a Network Engineer, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Production Control Manager, where I oversaw multiple multimillion dollar projects. The reason I highlight these awards is not to pat myself on the back, but to show you that I am truly committed to everything that I do, and that I will do whatever it takes to deliver on my promises and agreements.

Finally in 2020 I separated from the Air Force and permanently returned to Cleveland where I now work remotely as a Software Engineer for the Department of Defense as a contractor.

I love Cleveland and one of my hopes is that I can help bring about positive change and growth to my community and continue to make this city a place where people want to live and raise their families.

The Team

While I have the drive, problem solving skills, and tenacity to make deals happen, I am not so stubborn to think that I know everything or can do it all on my own. That is why when you are investing with me you are also investing in a team of experts and mentors who I lean on for experience, guidance, and execution.

Agent

The deal finder. My real estate agent is searching for the best on- and off-market deals in Ohio. An investor himself, he is only bringing me properties with the best rate of returns

Contractor

The value adder. I have relationships with multiple contractors that who can estimate cost and carry out rehabs on distressed properties, bringing in market rents and increased property value.

Lender

The facilitator. Mortgage brokers, hard money lenders, and private investors like you can all fill a need depending on the individual project. This is where you could become a valued member of the team.

Attorney

The closer. My licensed real estate and business attorney makes sure that all parties in both the real estate deal and the lending agreements are protected and that all contracts are legally binding.
